Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation:
• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refunds:
• Refunds are only applicable if:
– You received a damaged product
– You received the wrong product
– Product is missing from the package
• Refund will be processed after we inspect the returned product.

3. Return Conditions:
• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• Must be returned with original packaging.

4. Refund Time:
• Refunds take 5–7 business days after approval.
